We’ve started using Asana both internally and with one of our clients. It’s been extremely helpful in organizing our projects.
They lead front-and-center with the slogan “Teamwork without Email.” Nope, you’ll never quite get there. But the platform makes it very easy to invite clients into the discussion, which consists of projects, tasks, and subtasks. Tasks can be related to each other as well. And of course you can attach files and images to tasks as well. It doesn’t tick some of the more formal project management boxes like complex dependencies and Gantt charts, but most small business managers aren’t going to use those.
It’s got a free level which is often adequate for smaller teams. They’ve also got apps for mobile devices. Definitely worth a look!
